David Mardini was born and raised in New York City. He attended High School and College in New York City. He has is BA degree from Baruch College.
After College, David Mardini worked for the Medical World News publication for three years handling the sales and marketing for company. In January 1994, he moved to Miami Beach to work for Onboard Media, a custom publishing and video production company. Onboard Media has the contracts to publish magazines and produce in room video programming for the closed circuit televisions for Royal Caribbean and Celebrity cruises. David Mardini is the sales director for the Caribbean, South America, Mexico and the Bahamas. He has been with the company since 1994. The company has grown into a multi-million dollar operation and is now owned by LVMH.
David Mardini is also an accomplished musician/songwriter. He played guitar in a Hard Rock Band called Shakespeare and has toured the United States from the years of 1990 and 1991. He opened for acts such as Guns & Roses, Extreme, White Lion, Lizzy Borden, and Cinderella.
A3 was started in March of 2002 when David Mardini and Buster came together with this idea of making the first dance and progressive lifestyle channel in America. We wanted a channel for our lifestyle.
